My name is Travis and I'm an experienced mental health professional. I have been committed to helping clients through individual therapy utilizing therapeutic techniques such as: DBT, CBT, MI, and REBT. My primary goal is to help people be able to fulfill their lives and gain a life of success. I have had many experiences with trauma and addiction that lead me to want a career to helping others through their own suffering. I have been providing a positive therapeutic setting and treatment plans to better help you obtain your overall goals. In a one-on-one setting, I will commit to creating a calm, comfortable atmosphere to process past and present experiences.
